Welcome to Blue Tree Embodiment!
If you’re looking to elevate your mental and physical well-being by blending a physical practice with a mental one, you’re in the right place.
I’ve been deeply engaged with the practice of yoga for over two decades.
In fact, it was my love of yoga philosophy that brought me to coaching. I’ve been low-key obsessed with the question of what leads us to live our most intentional lives for as long as I can remember. As a type-A lawyer and recovering perfectionist, I’ve found myself caught up in the hamster wheel of life countless times. But these two disciplines – yoga and coaching – have taught me that I don’t have to live on autopilot, batted around by the winds of life.
You don’t have to live like that either.
I’ve created Blue Tree Embodiment as a way to bring these two powerful practices together in a simple and accessible way.
I offer a weekly class that consists of a 30-minute vinyasa practice followed by a 30-minute group coaching experience. I’ll teach a little on a monthly coaching topic and we’ll coach a lot. And the best part is that classes are available both livestream and on-demand!
Who is Blue Tree Embodiment for?
Frequently Asked Questions:
How much does BTE cost?
Accessibility is key. Your first class is always free. After that, I offer a $13 drop-in fee, or you can have a monthly unlimited offering for $45.
Do I have to be on camera?
Heck no! Come as you are, on or off camera. Come live or catch the replays later. This is your time for you, so whatever makes you feel most comfortable is cool with me.
Can I come for just the yoga or the coaching?
Of course. But I think you might be pleasantly surprised at the alchemy you experience by the combination of the two.
What is “embodiment”?
The word embodiment means “the tangible or visible form of an idea, quality, or feeling.” I think of embodiment as a state in which we feel connected to our minds, ideals, visions, and physical bodies. A state of connection, of union, of a sense of cohesion, if you will. And this is the experience I’m hoping to cultivate for you, both on and off the yoga mat.
Are there other yoga offerings in addition to a weekly vinyasa practice?
Why yes, I’m glad you asked! In addition to being a highly credentialed yoga teacher, I’m also certified in mindfulness meditation. I’m thrilled to be able to offer additional embodiment practices such as meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, and more.
