I’m an E-RYT certified yoga teacher with advanced training from internationally renowned teacher Jason Crandell, and I hold a certification in Mindfulness Meditation from The Mindfulness Center. I’m also honored to be a legacy Lululemon Ambassador, recognized for my contributions to the local yoga community.

I teach a range of classes and programs at Yoga Roots in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, including vinyasa, yoga philosophy, and teacher trainings. I also teach at Jiva Yoga Center in Hilton Head, South Carolina, where I live part-time.

In 2017, I published Radi8: Using the Practice of Yoga to Cultivate Your Inner Shine (Waterside Press), a book on yoga philosophy that reflects my belief in the power of ancient wisdom to support modern life.

Yoga has been a central part of my life for over two decades. What began as a physical practice became something far deeper—a lens through which I view the world, make decisions, and live more intentionally. It was my love of yoga philosophy that eventually led me to coaching. I’ve spent years exploring the question: What helps us live with purpose and clarity, even when life feels chaotic or uncertain?

As a Stanford-trained lawyer and recovering perfectionist, I know what it’s like to get stuck in the hustle—checked-out, burned-out, and running on autopilot. But through yoga and coaching, I’ve discovered a different way. A steadier way. And I love helping others do the same.
