Coaching is a blend of philosophy and positive psychology. It is future-focused, goal-oriented, and actionable. My coaching methodology uses evidence-based practices aimed at helping my clients achieve their own unique visions of success. I work with my clients to set meaningful goals and create action plans to move towards them quickly and confidently.

I work with clients one-on-one. Here is a partial list of some of the common coaching topics on which I work:
  • Career and academic transitions
  • Starting and growing service-based businesses
  • Navigating major life changes (divorce, empty nesting, retirement, e.g.)
  • Growing leadership skills
  • Personal goals and growth
  • Enhancing communication and other relational skills
  • Pursuing health and wellness goals
  • Planning for what’s next in midlife
Working with Blue Tree Coaching is a highly customized experience designed to fit my clients’ needs. I partner with my clients to map out their goals, clarify their visions, create a plan to bring them to life, and navigate whatever gets in the way. I am certified through The Institute for Life Coach Training, The Life Coach School, and I hold an Advanced Certification in Coaching Mastery.

Therapists are trained to diagnose and treat mental problems. Life coaches are trained to help clients move forward in life. While life coaching addresses relevant parts of clients’ pasts as it has a “whole client” approach, it is more focused on present and future actions.

Do you offer one-off sessions?2024-11-19T18:25:07-05:00

Only on occasion. I have found that life coaching has the greatest impact and achieves maximum results when we’re able to work together over an extended period of time.

Not at this time. But I believe after your first session with me, you will understand the value of investing in yourself in this way.
